Theres no other apartment communities nearby that are comparable to the spacious size of the floor plans, the beautiful quality interior, and the amazing amenities offered at Hollywood Park Residences. Tonya King is exceptional she is such a compassionate, sweet, and caring person; she truly went above and beyond to help us each step of the way in the application process and got us into a beautiful apartment; she is absolutely the best!! I am also grateful for the help of the manager Mrs Kelly Silva; she so nice and helpful answered all our questions and made us feel so welcomed to the community. Johnny from the maintenance team is a gem of a person who is friendly, prompt and professional. I am extremely happy I am living in this beautiful community."

Most importantly Mrs Tonya King; the manager Mrs Kelly Silva; and the leasing team helped me every bit of the way from the application process to move-in making it an easy and stress-free process. I also want to mention the amazing maintenance team they have on board especially Johnny who is truly awesome!! I love the prompt response in a work order which he resolved quickly and professionally. He also was very friendly and welcomed me into the community assuring me if any maintenance issues he or his team will be ready to come which gave me peace of mind.The apartments itself is well constructed with first class amenities and is close to everything. The Hollywood Park Residences is truly a beautiful place to call home."

"I've lived at the Wesley for a month, so it was time to leave it a proper review. We relocated across the country for work, and the Wesley team has made it a great experience and so much more seamless than I could have imagined. Touring Experience - When we were looking to move, the Wesley was on the top of our list because it was located in a convenient area to where we'd be working. We toured several apartments in the area, and our experience at the Wesley was the best. They were willing to show us as many units as we wanted, even multiple views, so we could be sure we could get what we wanted. We couldn't come back for multiple visits since we were from out of town, which was super helpful. After we left LA and returned home, The Wesley was the only apartment that followed up with us after touring to get everything set up. They were also willing to send us videos and pictures or take measurements and things we couldn't do since we weren't local. Move Experience - Relocating across the country is a lot of work, and the team at the Wesley was really on top of everything, from receiving all of our packages and making sure they were in our apartment to even building our bed for us so we wouldn't have to do that once we were here. I really can't thank the team here enough for making everything as smooth as possible. Overall Living Experience - We love the amenities here, the location close to many things, and the weather not getting as hot as some of the other areas in LA can be. I feel like I live in a fancy hotel and love getting to come home here every day. It is a great spot to entertain and have friends over. Some potential drawbacks, just so people are aware, it is close to So-Fi, The Forum, and other event spaces. If there's events going on, there can be traffic in the area. I've found that as long as you can plan around this, it hasn't been an issue. Plus, you can just walk on over if you are going to an event. As far as noise goes from events, if there is a stadium show, you can hear it, but it isn't obtrusive. It is also a new build, so things are still getting set up but the office is open every day, so there's always someone around to help you with everything you might need. Plus, since it is a new build, you'll be the first person in your apartment. I'd recommend anyone come by and at least check out everything they have going on here and see if it is right for you."

"Gorgeous apartment homes! Spacious, clean, modern and it feels like home. My friends moved in and I love coming over to hang out! Conveniently located, in walking distance to Sofi Stadium. Makes it really easy to walk over to your favorite concert. And the hang out areas in the building are so amazing to have friends over. Love this building and highly recommend!"
