"Well run Hilton property very convenient to LAX. Only reason for four stars was an ongoing renovation which prevented parking in underground lot and drywall residue in elevators. Front desk staff very friendly and went out of their way to assist and see to your needs. Dog friendly... Pleasant modern rooms with full amenities."

"Let me begin by stating that this hotel has the most welcoming staff / team and has treated us like family since we started our stay here. My family and I were displaced from our home for mold remodeling and this hotel was able to accommodate us for a long term stay in our time of need. Corey, the front desk manager was amazing. Wiling and able to do everything in his power to make our unfortunate situation better, and make this hotel feel like home. He provided options and accommodations to help a my family and I needed it the most. Luis the night manager at the front desk, was willing to give me the clothes off of his back, so I could go to work the next morning. At that moment the workers of the hotel became family. Tanya, she is an angel. A desk manager and top chef for the continental breakfast and every morning she greeted my family and I with a smile and encouraging words that helped brighten our morning and helped us stay positive. I’m sorry I can’t include the rest of the employees here at Hampton in but I will say that this is an amazing hotel and the service they provide is 10x beyond a key card and clean sheets. From the bottom of my heart thank you Corey, Luis and Tanya. Y’all helped me in ways you couldn’t even imagine and for that I am very grateful. Thank you!! "Very disappointing experience with this Hilton Hotel. Originally booked a king bed room, no mention during booking of ongoing construction. Found out from friends in the area about extreme construction going on, so we called to hotel to inquire before our stay. Ensured by the staff member that all construction was exterior, and we'd notice no disruption to our room. Overnight desk manager was not kind. Arrived and found 2 double beds instead of a king, were told there were no king beds. No big deal, fine, the beds were comfortable regardless, and we just needed sleep after flight delays. Awoken 7AM to power tools outside our window, men on scaffolding outside our door (see pic below of when I left the shower to find a man outside my window). Spoke to a very nice manager in the morning, because I planned to leave so we could find a hotel and get sleep, he assured us he would make sure they weren't planning on doing construction Sunday morning, so we decided to stay. Woken again 7:30AM Sunday morning to power tools and men on scaffolding. While the room itself was nice, I felt lied to when I specifically asked if the construction would affect our room. We got little sleep, and I didn't appreciate having people directly outside my window without warning. I've always stayed in Hilton Hotels for their comfort and hospitality, this hotel is NOT up to usual standards. Customer service reps were kind, but ultimately did not help us with our issue. Spend your money elsewhere if visiting LA."

"I recently spent my time at the Hampton inn in Inglewood and I would like to highly recommend this Hampton Inn.Our service was top notch! Everything was so clean The staff were ever so caring able to care for my every need. And breakfast might I add was impeccable credits to the of course tanya for a well balanced and nutritious meal. I can not explain in words how welcome and comfortable I felt , the manger was so respectful and kind when leading us out and wishing us well I may add this was definitely one of my best experiences."

"I recently stayed at this newly renovated hotel in Los Angeles. The front desk service was top-notch! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure that all my needs were met. Luis, the front desk manager was absolutely amazing! He was always available and ready to assist me with any questions or concerns I had during my stay. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave me some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. His professionalism and friendliness really made my experience at the hotel even more enjoyable. Overall, the front desk service at this hotel was exceptional. I highly recommend staying here if you want a fantastic experience with a friendly and helpful front desk team."
