"I would like to start with the positive things with this business the shower was nice and hot the reservation process was easy online and finding the location. Now the cons first when I arrived I was asked for a hundred dollar deposit on top of the price I paid online. Okay no biggie. Inside the room the walls could have been cleaned and painted over where all the paint chips are missing. Secondly the neighbors above my room they literally stomped all night long, rolled suitcases, let their child yell and run on the balcony. Just from that alone the stomping mind you it is 12:56 am and it is still currently going on. This is my first and last stay just save your money and go get a hotel instead like the embassy suites LAX. I will never return people are just rude and do not care about others knowing it’s two additional floors below you."

"I stayed here with My mommy and we had a great time. I was nervous because it was very busy and lots of people but this one lady made me feel very comfortable as she checked me and my mommy in. Her name is Regina, she has a deep voice and is very hands on with all the guest."

"The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was super dark, especially the bathroom with a bulb that was about to go out. Worst thing is that we woke up itchy with light red marks like the bed had fleas. No coffee maker/ microwave/ iron / amenities. Only a bar of thin soap. They have hot water & a microwave in the lobby but it’s under lock and key so you need to wait for the front desk to use it. Smelled like cleaning products but our feet were black from walking on the dirty floor. Glad we only stayed for a night. Not worth it despite the location."

"Only one light in the room worked, and one in the bathroom. The door safety lock looked like it had been kicked in. I have pictures. The whole place smelled like pot. The hall going to the check-in smelled like piss. There was an Uber driver parked by my rental who was smoking so much pot it made the car smell. I had to show the rental company the picture to avoid getting charged. I was going to leave, but I could not get a refund. I would have rather slept at the airport."

"I would like to say stay here is very friendly and accommodating. The first room I stayed in had a broken shower though. I didn't like that they didn't have a microwave in the room. The elevator did break down twice while I was here for 8 nights, but they did fix it right away. I did have a good time. I didn't see any bugs when I was here. The bathrooms lights were definitely dim but workable."
