"The location is great but they need to fix the room carpet needed to be removed and I booked non smoking room no difference from the smoking room they don’t even wash the main cover and I paid more for a non smoking room"

"Front desk very rude I paid for my room on priceline then wanted to charge me a extra 50$ for what I don’t know so I ended up paying 160 when the room was only 110 and that was still pushing it for the quality of the room smelled like so much weed and I was supposed have a non smoking room …. Rooms are very disrespectful dirty if you have kids don’t go there it’s just felty dirty tall skinny guy with glasses who works the front desk is very rude and a scammer he will tell you what ever and over charge you just stay clear from this place it’s so many other rooms near there with the same price that has free breakfast only reason I ended up there everything was sold out don’t waste your money plan ahead of time this worse then a rat trap"

"It is okay for 1-2 nights. It is close to the Sofi stadium and Santa Monica is also only a 20 minutes ride. The hotel itself is like in the movies. Back to the 70s. The showrr is a bit rusty bit is is clean."

"We were traveling to LA and just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Out of all the hotels we called and dropped by in trying to rip us off, this place was fast, easy, quiet, safe and amazingly prized. No issues with other people staying here. Beds were sooo comfortable! I’m such a picky person, but this place did what was needed. Would come back and recommend!"

"The front desk made no effort to assist a senior with mobility issues to his room. 3 trips were required because they had no bell cart. This I not necessarily an ADA compliance issue but a human kindness issue. The carpet at the door to the bathroom is threadbare and the carpet tacks are exposed- I found out the hard way."
