"It was really hard and sad to have to suddenly leave our wonderful apartment due to life circumstances, but Darlene was the best apartment manager anyone could have asked for! From start to finish she has always been so kind, helpful and informative to whatever the tenants need. You will always see her working hard around the complex with tenants and her staff. If we ever get the opportunity to come back to Ventura we will absolutely come back to this incredible place. Our apartment was beautiful, we had a great view and all the amenities we needed. Any time we had a hiccup with any appliances the wonderful maintenance team was right on it. This is an incredible place to call home!"

"STAY AWAY!!! This place may have good reviews online, but it has gone downhill this year. I have lived here only 10 months and luckily am able to move into my own house next week. Each building section has 4 units. Our section has had the pleasure of a very unpleasant neighbor moving in earlier this year. Since June 24th, the cops have shown up almost 10 times due to fighting, arguing, domestic violence, alcohol involved incidents, property damage, etc. The incidents have occurred at all times of the day - waking everyone up at 3am, and equally as frequent during daylight hours. I have complained to management several times and they hide behind the excuse of "these processes take time." It has been 4+ months since I started to complain and I am so compelled to leave this review because as recent as 30 minutes ago, the cops showed up again. Like many others, I work from home and was on a call with a client. Imagine having a client call with someone shouting the F word 50 times in a matter of minutes, yelling, screaming, blaming their neighbors for calling the cops. On top of that, at the end of your lease (mine was 10 months, the shortest lease that gets you the same rate) they will increase your rent by 8.7%. Not once did they apologize for their lack of action on this matter, even as recently as today's incident. They claimed to the cops "it's never been this bad" and they are bold-faced liars. I have lived in apartment complexes for a majority of my life and have never rented from a company and management office that shirks responsibility as much as this one. The only good thing I can say is the maintenance staff is very friendly, professional, and responsive. The manager, Chasity, will probably respond to this review as she has all other reviews. Proceed with caution, it is all to save face. It's no wonder they currently have so many vacancies, and are desperately emailing out 1000$ off new lease agreements. I have all the "receipts" via email correspondence, photos, videos that they disregarded. Let's see what happens with my $500 security deposit + $300 pet deposit."

"The Maintenance Department at Colony Parc is fantastic. They always came same day and would get things fixed. There were times there was something I didn't notice when I had put in a request for a different item, like a blind, and they fixed it without requiring me to put in another request. Israel and his team are friendly and more than happy to help the residents. Colony Parc is lucky to have them and I was lucky to have access to an awesome Maintenance Department."

"I had to rent an apartment for a short time while my partner and I found a house to buy. I didn’t have high hopes as it had been a while since I had lived in an apartment, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Our unit was an upstairs 2 bed/2 bath with vaulted ceilings. It was light and bright which made it feel so much bigger. The large walk in closets made it easier for us to store all the items. The whole place felt very comfortable for us. In reading reviews for other complexes I didn’t have high hopes for the maintenance, but from day one, everything that we mentioned was taken care of right away. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to consider Colony Parc."

"We loved our time at Colony Parc. Looking back it’s still our favorite apartment we lived in before we bought our home. Lots of memories made at 936 Weber Cir. Definitely recommend this complex. ✌️"
