"I felt she was uncomfortable because of my skin color. I previously went to another spa for a hydra facial md. I was happy when I found out a spa closer could provide the same service. I went in for a dermablading and she told me she couldn’t do the dermablading without the hydra facial. I decide to do both, but i felt she rushed the process. She told me i could not lay underneath the blanket, I had to lay on top of the blanket. I told her i was chilly with the A/C on, yet she insisted i could not lay underneath the blanket. The esthetician at the other spa took her time with the machine. She was done within 10 minutes. When I told her she was too quick her response was hydra facial is for medical use not a spa treatment here. I rather she told me she felt uncomfortable with me, than treat me like i had a disease. I will not recommend anyone of color or darker skin for any services. Spend your money elsewhere"

Karen in very professional and takes her time with each and every procedure. I get monthly hydra facials. Everyone compliments me on my skin and ask which skin care line I use.
