"They rent studios out to people who don’t even show up to the appointments THEY picked the time for. Lynn/ MissgoddessHandz rescheduled my 12pm appointment for 2pm I texted & called her from 1:14pm because I expected to be running late, no response. I get there for my appointment at 2:20pm she’s not in her studio I knock & call she doesn’t answer until 2:32pm mind you the first call was over an hour ago. She sounded asleep & told me to to give her a minute. I’m thinking she’s in the building, but no she’s at home in bed. I continue to call her with no answer & I sit outside her studio & wait over 30 minutes to get a text saying “Uber keeps canceling & I’m without a car, sorry”. I wasted gas money & time waiting on her for a “sorry”. I needed my hair done & I thought this salon was a professional building but it’s obviously not. No other stylist offers any black hair care so it was a complete waste of my time. I will never be returning. Then she calls me to say there’s nothing she can do about a problem she created like I didn’t reach out to her and hour before her CHOSEN appointment time."
