"As a woman, I'm used to getting treated like I'm not knowledgeable when I go into auto parts. That sounds really, really silly but it's the only way to put it, but the staff here were incredibly kind and helpful. I needed help finding a suitable portable jump starter and the young man at the register explained each one they had and helped me get the one I needed without breaking the bank! I really appreciated the kindness here. Thank you so much for the great experience! Side note, google says this autozone is located on the further corner of this little mall but it is actually on the nearest left corner when you turn!"

"Phenomenal customer service. Had a difficult to replace burnt out headlamp. I didn't catch his name, but he took the time to look up a video on how to change it from inside the wheel well. Then changed it in 3° weather. $18 lightbulb. Will always come back."
