"Took my 5 year old in to get 11inches cut off her hair! She was so excited but so nervous every hair cut she’s ever had has been done at kids hair in Woodbury but they were booked and she didn’t want to wait. So we chanced it! First problem was the lady telling me to go sit down! I wanted to stand near by (I was out of the way) my daughter also wanted me there as she was nervous. Because of how she styled it at first I loved it but after washing her hair I’ve noticed how choppy the hair cut is and I’m not happy. Now after reading reviews seems that’s common there! Also I’m like 95% sure the lady in the first booth was on meth or heroin!! She was all over the place! It was sad to watch!! I do plan to call hopefully they’ll make it right! But from what I’m reading it’s not likely!"

"I brought my son (12 years old) here to get his hair cut. We have almost always gone to great clips for his hair cuts and have always had pretty decent service. This time however was quite different. As we were waiting I could over hear all the conversations going on, I was hoping that we would get Natalie, she seemed very friendly and seemed to really understand colics, which my son, as well as many other boys, has. Unfortunately, we got the other person who was working and who cut the customer before my son hair to short. When she brought him back she asked if we wanted the same thing as last time, we said yes. She never asked my son how he normally does his hair or if he parts it. She just assumed that he wore his hair brushed forward, which he actually parts it to the left. I was watching her in the reflection of the mirror and by the time I noticed how short she was cutting my sons hair it was too late. I figured I would just wait and see how it turned out. Unfortunately, when she was done the back of my sons head looked very choppy. When I mentioned this to her and that she cut his colic shorter than he normally has it, she immediately became defensive. She started making up excuses and telling me how colics worked. I told her I understood that but that it was choppy in the back. She repeated her self several times until I said that I understand what she is saying and that she did not need to be rude about it. She then said “I can’t believe you’re doing this in front of your kid.” I was so upset but just shook my head and said nothing. A minute or so later she flipped a switch and nicely said she could try to trim up the back some more to even it out. I said yes please. She evened it all out and the choppiness in the back was gone. When she was done, she put in a note about his hair cut and had pointed to my sons left side and asked, “Is that his left or right?” I was confused why she was asking, when she asked again I realized that she literally did not know if that was the left or right side of him. I was surprised by this and answered that it was his left. After we paid and left the store my son said that he really did not like the way that she had spoken to me, especially when she mentioned doing this in front of him. I gave 2 stars only because she eventually made it right. However, you should never speak to your customers like that. IF we ever go back to this store we will make sure Natalie is working and wait to get in with her."

"The ladies were quick, professional and I left with a solid hair cut. It wasn't anything fancy bit it was done well. I showed up without doing the online check in, there was a line in front of me and the whole process was 30 minutes door to door. Very pleased"

"Terrible experience. My haircut came out butchered. The staff were not professional at all. I came in when i got my check in text and got checked in, and waited for the lady ahead of me to finish up her cut. Once her and the son left the staff immediately started talking bad about them saying they were indecisive and taking up their time. My stylist as she was cutting my hair said to her coworker “i don’t care what she wanted im just trying to go home” in regards to her previous client. she then asked me what i wanted i told her i wanted face framing bangs and about an inch off the bottom, she then went back and forth about my cut. I showed her a reference on how i wanted my bangs to come out and she then replied with “i hope you know we close at 6” even tho again i checked in 70+ mins earlier online and showed up early to my check in. she then took a razor and quickly ran it across the front pieces of my hair. at that point i felt uncomfortable and clearly unwelcome so i called it good, paid and left. i came out with totally uneven, choppy, messy cut. i would 100% not recommend this location to anymore."
