"This is just… not a good place to live. The rent increases 100 dollars annually, with no changes made to the unit or the property (I started at 1395 and am leaving with rent costing 1600 for a 1 bedroom). The water gets shut off with less than an hour’s notice on the regular (a violation of CA state law). And the train is so close your windows rattle (the train comes through 6 times a day, the first on at 6:15 AM and the last one at 10:30 PM). The “upgraded” units are falling apart, with my sink falling apart 3 times in a 3 month span."
