"I was in SLO on a business trip involving a local government client and decided to stay within close proximity to downtown. I found the rates to be good value for the location and amenities. The check-in was friendly and efficient. My third floor room was a clean and comfortable king suite. The location is very convenient, which allowed me to walk to restaurants and my client's offices in downtown SLO. I really appreciated the complementary cooked to order breakfast offered as well as the other breakfast offerings. I didn't get an opportunity to partake of the evening reception and the barbecue for purchase. Overall, my stay was quiet and comfortable."

"We actually liked this place. It's a bit further from downtown but the happy hour bar was exceptional and the breakfast was really good. The rooms are clean and spacious. It was surprisingly quiet even if they are next to a major street. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi but they were open and heated. Very nice service and extremely helpful staff. Thank you."

"We always stay in this hotel when we come to the central coast. The best quality inn we have ever stayed at. Staff keep great care of the grounds and are always cleaning, raking, gardening. Free breakfast is amazing with fresh made to order burritos, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, hash browns. Every night they have free wine and beer. There is also bbq served every night for a very reasonable price. $3 hot dogs, $6 burger and $8 chicken sandwich. The pool and hot tub are maintained well. This hotel is reinvesting in the property by making updates and renovations to the rooms. Never had a bad experience here. By far the best place to stay on the Central Coast."

"Room was large and comfortable. Enter room from outside...so more of a motel. We fronted a lovely courtyard. There is a pool/hot tub which looked very nice. Happy hour seemed very popular. Breakfast was excellent with a friendly staff. Only complaint is the electric outlets need replacing. The prongs on all my appliances fell out of outlets. Overall a very nice place to stay."
