"They don't fix nothing if you need something fixed, and if they do, takes forever and a day. Washing machines didn't work right it always took our money and they did nothing about it. Also heard there was shady stuff going on with the managers over charging people."
"Completely renovated 2 years ago. Central Heat and Air Conditioning instead of wall heaters and window unit AC. Granite Counter Tops. New Kitchen Cabinets. No Carpet. Waterproof flooring throughout the apartment."
"Looking forward to moving to the apartment complex the first week of February. Very clean facilities all updated wooden floors and new appliances. Lots of room for my kids to grow."
"My friend lives here and its clean on the outside but the place is infested with cockroaches. The manager is an old woman that is nosy and has an attitude. Unless your family and live there you dont get things done in a timely manner. My friend lived without an oven for over 3 years although she kept asking to get it fixed or replaced her granddaughter got a new one who hadn't lived there as long as my friend. They are remodeling apartments but some have had thetes done twice and not my friends. They ate supposedly spraying for the roaches one building at a time amd as far as i know they jave neen in this process for over two years now. My friend stays cause its what they can afford .anyway if you can find somewhere else to live i would suggest to keep looking. Oh and they do raise the rent yearly for ther cockroach infested place."
