"Avoid. Distinct was by far the worse management company I ever dealt with. They had me sign a lease on false pretenses. Because of their unlawful activity, landlords eventually refunded half of all paid rents back to me. A friend, who had rented the same apartment for 10 years, received a 30 days notice from Nora Brink at Distinct that they raise his rent from $1900 to $3k. Her rent increase was a violation of local laws and increase rate. Distinct property management is abusive, unethical, and unlawful."
