At every repair request, Randy attempted to reschedule without explanation. This is a horrible horrible company and I truly wish them the worst. He did: Not listen Not care Not remedy Not respect Not control his anger Not write coherent contracts Not comply He also: Condescended Gaslit Threatened Abused Talked over Undermined tenants And made life miserable. His “workers” will not repair properly any issues that arise. They will instead reduce your use, make you uncomfortable, enter your home without notice, and still not fix the problem.
