I loved the community newsletters and appreciated the transparency of any suspicious activity, seeing as it is Santa Cruz. Reasonably priced and conveniently located for beautiful walks through Arana Gulch & down to the harbor. Easy walk to the Crow’s Nest, there is a jump bike hub if you want to head to the Boardwalk and up the street from an awesome dog park! Just down Frederick Street enough that it’s somewhat removed from the craziness of Soquel Ave. Other reviews mentioned high utility costs like water, but yeah…welcome to Santa Cruz!"

"Management has no respect for the comfort and livability of the people who live here. The place looks looks like heaven but constant loud noises defy that thought day and night, weekends and holidays included. There is no peace to be had there. This is Memorial Day weekend but there is heavy machinery going full blast so loudly management should be issuing all of us hearing protection. This company is a "take the money and run" operation"
