"TRASHIEST MOST DISGUSTING PLACE TO EVER LIVE. DO NOT rent from them. The office never answers the phones, people break in the complex stealing car parts and having shootouts, the staff is rude and heartless. Theres trash everywhere, the buildings are so old that the electricity in them are always faulty. THERES MOLD. Mold in the bathrooms, mold in the kitchen and on my balcony. DISGUSTING. They allow drug addicts to live in the complex where there are CHILDREN. They have extremely bad plumbing all the time.We Never have any hot water. Everytime I make a rent payment, they say their system is down and end up putting notices on peoples doors. THERES ROACHES !!!! They claim to have us pay for ‘pest control’ but they are not keeping the pests controlled. Their rules and regulations are crazy! We cant even have patio furniture. The gym and pools are NEVER open! I’ve lived here for 4 yrs and have only been able to use the pool TWICE. Worst place ive EVER lived in my entire life. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE! PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THEM."

"I will say the unit was not to my move in standards given I’m in the same industry, Tiffany moved me in and was quick and efficient with my application and paperwork definitely grateful for that when I needed to move quick. Mark Anthony was also great and great to talk to, he’s so nice and helpful. He got my move in work orders put in and made my worries go away about the issues in the unit. Overall a decent experience and no real issues at all."

"Inside of the apartments are amazing, washer and dryer inside the apartment as well. Mark and Tiffany are awesome at helping with anything thats needed, And the maintenance man stays on top of his stuff and gets everything done quick and easy. Communication is very excellent with management as well! Your never ignored or treated differently. Oh and also its a very very quiet neighborhood, Only thing your going to hear at night are the cars on the freeway lol"

"I loved the interior of my apartment, but that’s about where the good ends. One night, a random man broke into my place and tried to stay there for the night whilst I was sleeping. He only left after I started yelling at him when he came into my bedroom. Thankfully, my camera got a snapshot of him leaving the apartment and I was able to report this to the police. A number of months ago, a man was shot and killed across the street by the Stockton Police, in full view of my unit—it was traumatizing. I requested an early termination to my lease but management would not budge. Also, in October all four wheels of my car were stolen and my car was placed haphazardly on bricks (see pictures). There was at least one other car that got hit that night as well. The pedestrian gate (also pictured) is broken, and anyone from off of the street can stick their hand in from the outside and unlock it. Sorry management but this is unacceptable. For you and your family’s safety, please consider living in a safer complex."

"I’ve been a resident here for over 2 years! My experiences with the overall staff have been good. Mark Anthony has always been very helpful, professional, and willing to answer any questions I may have. When I have a maintenance issue or a need he gets to the bottom of things with a resolution in no time. I would highly recommend him for all your apartment needs and questions. Looking forward to the finish of the remodel around the property. Apartments are beautiful in the inside!"
