"My wife and I lived here for 3 years 2021-2023 and we truly enjoyed it. The apartments are very nice and modern, spacious, and you also get a one car garage. Fireplace. They are helpful with maintenance as well. Pool is nice. Friendly people. And it’s a gated community."

"This experience has been a really smooth experience as far as the process of application, communication between the community director, Alicia, and I and the overall quality of the apartment complex. Alicia knew what she was doing when explaining how everything goes happens. She definitely talks over you, but I didn’t really take it personally, I think it was because she was trying to give as much information as possible. I was a little taken back when I called today in regards to a whole different situation not regarding my previous email I had sent to her. Granted it could get overwhelming having so many tenants as well as new tenants emailing and calling you, there’s just a certain image you should keep up as a community director. At the end of the day we’re all now a community helping each other. You’re helping me while I’m helping you type of deal. So it was a little frustrating for me the way Alicia was speaking to me over the phone. As a psychology student whom is almost finished with school, I had to be empathic towards the situation so I got over it pretty quickly. I can say that I know I’m not AS annoying as other tenants, new tenants and prospective tenants so I felt like the response given to me was a little on the rude side. But hey, I’m over it. I like Alicia because she does try her best to respond to every email and that’s what I appreciate a lot. I’m a persistent person, for sure and I just like to be in the loop of everything, you know? Anyways, the area is very calm and quiet compared to other parts of Stockton and the units are a little more luxury than others. I like that the gates are always secured! I haven’t moved in yet to get a feel of everything in this place, but eventually I’ll have another update. As far as now, I’m pretty satisfied with my experience and I’m glad I ended up choosing Quailwood Apartments as my home."

"I just want to leave this review in courtesy of fellow renters who are looking to move into this complex. This is a nice complex to live in, but with a very poor management. If you want to be frustrated with communication , send 10 emails to get one answer or want your security deposit to be completely used for unjustifiable reasons, here is the place to be! Also buildings are old and my stairs were actually broken and it was a safety risk which was never fixed. They also intentionally do not communicate to you properly what you need to do or pay for and then blame you and have you pay for those fees. Good luck!"

"I moved into Quailwood apartments Earlier this year in January and I love it. The complex is clean, it’s quiet, the tenants and the staff are VERY friendly and caring. Alicia communicates very well and she’s very knowledgeable about the property (as she should be). Every time I email her with a question she responds in a very efficient manner. Every time I take her the check to pay my rent she asks about my apartment and what could be better inside and out. There was a time I was in Georgia for 2 weeks, I couldn’t pay my rent because the online payments weren’t available, I notified Alicia, we spoke about it, she understood and we came up with a plan and got it done. I just love it, I’m already looking forward to renewing my lease come January 2020. Thank you Alicia and Quailwood community..I appreciate everything."
