"I have been a Resident Here with Inglewood Oaks Apartments for about 8 yrs 1st the Lighting around the Complex is Very Poor that needs to be Fixed also Lighting where the Cars are Parked very Poor need to be Fixed 2nd The Gate needs to be Replaced n Fixed it's been Months Broken All our Cars are not Secured anymore 3rd The Security Here is not Safe at Inglewood Oaks Apartments It use to be Clean and A Nice Place to Call Home not Anymore Finally on Today a Light for the MailBoxes For Months it was Out thank you for Lighting The Carpets on the Outside of All Apartments needs to be Replaced The Carpet has been There since I have been here it's so Dirty and Filthy I don't bring any guest here I'm Ashame to let people See this Residence My Balcony needs to be looked at which needs to be Replaced I'm for sure there are Termites I Pay my Rent on time for Years Never Once have the Management Staff Come by to say Hello Only when its time to renew your Lease that's the only Time you See The Management Staff It's more that can be Said this is why I Rated Inglewood Oaks Apartments a (1) which is Terrible Please take these Comments as a Serious Consideration We all Pay our Rent you want to Feel like you live in a Nice Apartment please Upgrade and not Raise the Rent Sincerely Mr Ronnie Spruill #48"

Its very quiet, and peaceful, the manager Alison is so awesome, she is the sweetest person on earth I'm glad she is here and she is the main reason I'm here. "The tenants always blast their music every night in front of the complex with no regard of anyone trying to sleep and literally does nothing about it. The landlord must let it happen out of spite at this point. It’s been like this for a couple years now like we live at a night club. Cops are even done coming after so many reports trying to keep it under control."

"Worst apartment complex of all time. The landlord Tanea is a perv and hits on her employees. They tried to evict me every second and chance they got. They didn’t show me the apt before I moved in that’s a BIG red flag. Do NOT live into this terrible place. It’s evil, they do not care about their residents. They are fake and talk bad about everyone that lives in the complex & in their office. They never fixed anything in my apt. I had the worst time here. The day I signed the lease.. everything changed. The landlord was nice at first but then switched. STAY AWAY FROM FPI TOO. they have lawsuits against them."
