"When I called location to get information on rooms, front desk operator got very unprofessional and rude with me and asked me. Am I serious about my questions I also asked if there were roaches or rodents in the room and he got highly upset with me and said the people that Purchase the room for the night are the ones that leave bedbugs there and hung up on me"

"The room was really nice, flew in from Oklahoma and the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. After flying for almost 2 days she welcomed me with open arms❤ got me in a comfortable room really quick, if she had only knew how my day had went it. I appreciate everything here!"

"Ignore the 2 stars some people have left. It’s literally right off the freeway. I stayed on the 3rd floor away from I5 so it was quieter. Had a palm tree canal view. This hotel has a continental breakfast too. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower surround was marble slab, nice. Cesar was very helpful and welcoming, opened the door with a smile and was very engaging. I’ll be back."

"Everything was going great here, me and my fiance stayed two nights but upon waking up on our checkout date, we noticed someone had tried to break into his work truck. They attempted to shatter the window entirely with a window breaker!! Never coming back here because of that. We thought we could trust this place, despite the location itself. We see now that it was a huge mistake. Do not stay here."

"If I could rate it a negative number I would! You can totally tell this is where the local hoe’s and pimps hang out along with the homeless. Sketchy Arco next to it. Staff is a mess and extremely rude! You’re the problem to their trapped out hotel! Do NOT WAste your money! It needs to shut down! Oh if you want to bring home some friends like bed bugs then stay here! You won’t be lonely!"
