"My entire family lived there in the 60's when I was a kid & at that time were called Hillcrest East Apartments. My Grampy was the Mgr & lived in the 2bdrm on the middle of the bldg on the 1st floor. My Grandparents lived directly above him on the 2nd floor. My Mom, sister & I lived in Apt #19 & my Aunt, Uncle & cousin lived on the other end. I loved living there & this place holds great memories. My fondest memory was swimming in the pool all day until dark."

"Reka is the best property manager ever! I lived at arbol verde apartments for about a year. I chose the place for it's general affordability, but it turned out to be one of the best places I've ever lived. The location is quiet and safe, there is plenty of options for food just across the street, and street parking is never a problem. I've never had a problem with noise and all units come with an a/c. And the property manager is so sweet and so on top of everything! I never had to ask her for something twice, and she always followed up to make sure I was taken care of. She deserves a lot of praise for how well she manages the place, and how efficiently things get done, while at the same time providing excellent service, attitude, and communication to her tenants. Would definitely live here again if I end up back in Livermore."

"My wife and I lived at Arbol Verde for about two plus years. The location of Livermore is quite nice. The closeness to bike and walk paths is a plus. But, without a doubt, the best part of Arbol Verde is the pleasant, kind, and competent manager Reka Kepics. She is great to deal with throughout the entire apartment cycle: pre-signing, post-signing, and move out. Her hard work to maintain and improve the complex really shows. Without Reka, we wouldn’t have stayed for more than a year. My wife and I moved out about a month ago to be significantly closer to work (saving about a work days worth of driving per week!)."
