"Ok. I stay at Motel 6s because they are usually pretty cheap, but are consistent in quality. Not great, but you know what kind of not great they are, so you can prepare. This one, took me by surprise. We rolled in super late and the night clerk looked like he was over all of existence at that point, and when we got to the room there were bugs and debris on the ground, the floor was peeling up, the toilet would not flush at all (not clogged, but not getting water) and the heater didn't work after over an hour of waiting, I gave up and went and got an extra blanket from my car. Additionally, it sits between the freeway and a daycare, where I assume they nurture pterodactyl at 6am so folks can commute to SF, because at 6am I kept hearing child like screeching, and every neighbor began showering simultaneously and rearranging the furniture. I kid you not (no pun intended) the walls are paper thin. It's only saving graces were I felt safe there, and the morning staff was super nice and apologetic and sent maintenance to check out the toilet right away."

"The best service I've experienced while staying at a motel 6. The room was clean and fresh. The staff where the real stars of this location. By far the friendliest and most understanding staff at any place I've stayed period. I had an issue with a reservation made online and they were patient and very understanding and worked with me all the way up until it was taken care of. Great experience overall"
