"Very clean and quiet and close to the freeway"

"Where to start? Check in was easy, but after leaving the front desk things went downhill. First, the elevator doors are so dirty and when inside it smelt like cigar or cigarette smoke. When I got to the room, I noticed that the shower curtains and the curtains that covered the balcony door had stains on them. Next, there was no light bulb in one of the lamps. Thinking of taking a shower? Nope, there was no hot water and I was not made aware that there wasn’t going to be any. Left to go to the store and the side doors weren't even lock from the outside which meant no security.The following day the hotel turned off the water without noticed. I had to use the restroom and couldn't flush nor wash my hands. Upon check out I told the front desk lady of all the problems and they told me to call hotels.com (which is what I used to book the hotel) and hotel.com reported that none of these issues were brought up during the stay, which is not true. Couldn't get a refund or even a partial refund on the stay. Will never go back to that hotel."

"It was ok... the room size is fine. But some of the staff at front desk.. don't have a clue literally.. I've been here a week and still have not had hot water once... there was some small discount but not all days...but the late nite clerk she was absolutely a blessing.."

"Very helpful staff. Debbie took time to make sure we were happy with our special request for our families stay. Rooms are clean, just standard nothing fancy. Perfect for an short stay. Also a nice Breakfast during the week."

"Stayed here 4 nights for business trip. Based on other reviews my expectations weren't very high and thankfully I was pleasantly surprised. It is an older property but they seem to put a lot of effort into keeping it up. Staff was friendly at all times, room was clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good (especially for free). The rooms are big and it was nice and quiet, no paper thin walls like some places. Easy freeway access and plenty of restaurants within walking distance."
