"I lived here for 5 years, it’s by far the nicest place to live as far as apartment living goes. It has a really great staff who genuinely care for your well being. It’s close to everything, library is across the street, we can walk downtown. Great pool and hot tub. Awesome walking paths and a winery super close too. A fitness room and very nice neighbors. It’s a great community to be part of."

"Chardonnay Garden is a great place to live! I lived there for about 10 months (because I had to break my lease earlier due to personal reasons). Monica, the manager, is SO helpful, communicative, and very kind! She made it very easy to communicate for whatever issue may have risen. Raphael is the maintenance person, and he is SO helpful and receptive. They even added more shelves for my closet (because I have so many clothes) before I moved in, and even installed the Ring for my apartment. The property is very well managed. It’s very clean and cute! I consistently used the gym as well, and it was very well maintained (and always smelled really good!). It’s a quiet complex, and you’ll never feel bothered. I would highly recommend this apartment complex!"

"Great experience at this apartment complex. Very quiet neighborhood. Apartments are pretty well maintained. Yes they have central A/C and heating. Their pool is always clean and the neighbors are pretty quiet. Occasionally a neighbor will have a party but they tend to only be on the weekends. You get what you paid for. Yes these apartments are pretty $$ but it is worth it. The service guy is quick to do repairs. The manager Monica, is very responsive."
