"combative management. Just not a nice environment to come home to. They Like to leave accusative letters on doors before they know who is at fault. Towed my friends car and added a 250 fee from an empty car port as in no one living there for 2 months without even giving a heads up just cuz. Pool has been closed for 2 summers in a row. Lease is up soon. Yay!"

"The apartments are pretty decent and well maintained. We had a very pleasant overall experience (during the pre-move and while moving in) with the Leasing office agent Andre - great to talk to and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Hardwood flooring (mostly, except for the bedroom which is carpeted) is what we were looking for with W/D in the unit. No residents above or below us - first floor is covered parking garage - so that works out well for us. Good location as well. They needed a cashier's check or money order for the initial payment (going forward you could make online payments) - which could be digitized and would make the process simpler."
"Pros - Neighborhood is decent, next to an elementary school. Location is very convenient. Living above the carports means no neighbors below you. No neighbor complaints. Cons - No A/C. Space heaters are a must. Trash/water/gas is higher than other places. No in-unit W/D. There are no on-site apt. Staff or supervision. Maintenance is shared among other properties in the area. I'm 9 months in my lease."
