"My family and I moved in February, right before the whole lockdown, and the staff has been so amazing! Especially Angelina. Anytime we run into her around the complex, she asks us how we're doing and if we're enjoying our new unit. The unit is great, we have a beautiful view, but there has been SO many car break-ins. I feel safe in terms of the virus but physically? Not so much, but Angel has been assuring us that management is doing all they can. I hope they can fix this, I don't want to worry about having my card broken into every night."

"I’ve lived here for many years and moved out not too long ago. It was a great place to live and reasonable pricing. Apartment was spacious but unfortunately I had to move due to covid. Since the office staff has changed in the past year, I felt like their communication improved. Angel always greets everyone with a big smile and I think that’s what the office needed. They always seemed to be pushy and quick to get us out the office before. She’s always been patient, as far as I seen, and actually gives me a call back regarding any questions or maintenance request I’ve had to out in. The new maintenance staff is quick and very helpful too. I’ll miss this place. Maybe one day I’ll be back if I don’t buy a house by then. Thank you for everything Corde Terra!"

"Recently moved here couple months ago and this place is not bad compared to my old apartment. Staff wasn’t really informative and never gave me a remote for the garage and had bad communication. Some new girl started recently and she been very communicative, she gets back to my phones calls and gets my emergency work orders done quick the past month. Nice area but parking isn’t great. Already had my car towed without knowing That I couldn’t park in the reserved spots. Maybe they should tell us That when we move in to avoid the $400 fee at the tow yard."

"I am a 59 year old female veteran. I have lived in Corde Terra Village Apartments for nearly one year now. I absolutely love it. As a Veteran I qualified for a HUD. The HUD Case Managers at Menlo Park VA found this beautiful place for me to live. The apartment complex comes with all the amenities. The neighbors are quiet and pleasant. The Management has a nice staff and the complex is located in a central area of every freeway, close to shopping, and restaurants."
