"do not lease here if you really care about your car, 4 months ago i parked in my parking lost my wheels (theft) and today morning i have seen 4 cars' wheels have been stolen like all the 4 wheels and they manager or the Normandy park apartments cant do any thing about it, they told me to goto police, no security at all anyon e can come in at any time, the other day i have seen homeless people at the can at 3am.. very unsafe place to stay"

"Felt bed about the leasing office They told me they would hold the lease for me till Tuesday when I visited their apartment on Saturday , and when I get ready and try to pay the deposit on Monday and called them to double check , they told me it was already rent on Saturday after I left. So why bother to tell me they will hold for me ,just ask me to pay the deposit and I would do it"

"Poorly managed property which could otherwise do so well. Pool has been out of service for months in the hot summer. Thefts in parking lot. Rent is similar to a gated property but it doesn't even have a gate."

"The price is not worth the hassle of living here. If you think youre getting a good deal, you’ll be terribly surprised. What you might save in some dollars rent, you pay in headaches dealing with the property manager. Norma refuses to be convinced that anything in the antique complex could possibly need updating. She will fight tooth and nail against any requests to keep the apartments in SAFE and LIVABLE conditions. My patio was unsafe upon move in, it would actually dip down if a person stood on it, and Norma decided on her own that it was safe because “she walked on it” when I brought it up to her. I had to get the city involved and after 5 months, it still has not been fixed. Stubborn is one thing, but Norma is also very rude and difficult to work with. She will make you feel stupid for asking the most basic questions and you’ll want to pull your hair out every day that you live here. Its such a shame that an apartment complex in a great location is wasted because the people running it can’t be bothered to be decent human beings. Vi is of no help either as she defers all matters to Norma. Oh, and if you think you’ll be able to get through to the owner of the property CMC Management, don’t bother. They don’t answer their phone or respond to emails."

"The payment deadline is set for the 5th of each month. Last month, on Feb. 27th, we scheduled a payment, but the manager informed us on March 10th that it was not received. After calling the Chase bank, we were informed that the payment was valid, and an evidence could be provided. Additionally, we told the manager that we could make the payment again, as long as there was no late fee. However, the manager responded by stating that it was our responsibility to monitor the payment and that a late fee would definitely be charged. The worst attitude of the renting manager that I have met. Later today, I visited their office to seek suggestions from other managers, but was informed that the contact information of other managers were confidential and could not be shared with me. Even worse, that manager told me that she held complete authority over the apartment. Ridiculous and crazy!"
