They quickly and proficiently helped manage installing washer and dryers in every unit. They respond swiftly to maintenance requests and tenant questions or concerns. "The location and space of the apartment and complex are great. The property is clean and well-maintained. Even though there are many different people from all walks of life here, the place is very quiet and peaceful. Yolanda, the manager, has been amazingly helpful, patient and also generous in helping me to find an apartment at Diablo Vista. I was living in the Northeast and couldn't come out to choose a place. She answered all my questions, and provided all the resources needed to make the best decision. During the process of signing the lease, there was a lot of paperwork (which was important for both the landlords and myself) and she was helpful in making sure that everything was done to ensure I didn't get lost. When I got to the apartment after my flight with only two suitcases, Yolanda was so thoughtful and had bottles of water and a roll of toilet paper already in the apartment. The kindness and attention to detail shows you how great the apartments are and how much she has invested in making these apartments a great place to call home."

"This place has the best staff ever. Yolanda went above and beyond to help me with every step of the leasing process. She was very friendly on the phone and answered all the 1000s questions that I had. When I could not visit the place prior to signing the lease, she went and took pictures of the apartment and texted them to me. The leasing process was so smooth, and it was all done in 2 days. After my job offer was rescinded, Yolanda was very understanding and professional, she helped me break the lease without paying penalties. I really appreciate all what she has done!"
