"I'm impressed with this apartment community. Its proximity to the market and various restaurants is convenient. The environment is remarkably peaceful. Initially, I was concerned about potential noise issues due to some rooms being close to the street. However, after living here for a while, I discovered that it's rarely noisy, even during peak traffic hours. The leasing office staff is fantastic. Casey and Nicole welcomed me in office and have been incredibly helpful throughout the touring/moving process"

"This apartment is my first apartment in the United States. Jennifer was very friendly and took great interest in the move-in and subsequent process. It's been a month and a half since we moved and I'm very happy with my overall experience so far. 1. Jennifer was very friendly and the other staff are also friendly. 2. I have two dogs and they are very kind to them. 3. The accommodation itself is spacious and well soundproofed. 4. The facilities are excellent, including a private movie theater, community room, and swimming pool. 5. There are restaurants and Safeway nearby. The park is nearby, so it's great for walking with my dogs."

"We have lived here almost 4 years. The complex is immaculate and residents pretty respectful of each other. We are very pleased with the leasing office staff. Particularly Terrell has been extremely helpful with any digital questions. When we recently reserved the clubhouse he came over before our gathering started and helped to get everything set up av wise so we could utilize our laptop on the big screen. He has a very helpful attitude and takes the time to make sure people feel welcomed and know the ins and outs of the complex. Our pool is very well kept, it truly is a resort feel here!!!"
