"I am truly saying that the Rental office staff Richelle and Demetrius are the most rudest unprofessional people. They have no clue of their role knowledge. Demetrius, who informed me that he has worked 3 years in the rental office, lacked communication and experience. Upon meeting with him, we scheduled to meet on a Monday to start the application process. I was also informed by him that the rent was $1417.00. I got a call the following day from another person in the office, Richelle that the apartment I was interested in was No longer available, because Demetrius failed to inform me that I needed to provide the security deposit the day we met. I confronted him about this oversight and he said he forgot to tell me!! Richelle, office Manager, informed me that due to the oversight that, she promised that the next available apartment will be mine. A few days later she called me and a apt was available. I went to the office and started the application process, in which she informed me that the rent was $1511.00. Richelle who informed me she’s only been working for in the office for a few months, had said that Demetrius gave me the wrong information on the rent. Unfortunately my credit did not meet the criteria and my application was denied, Richelle called me and left the message and informed me that my deposit can be picked up. I called Richelle to inform her I will pick up my security deposit informed me that their policy is to mail back the deposit to me. Several days later I informed her that I have not received my deposit. Richelle than said that their corporate office will mai my security deposit. This whole process was a horrible experience They are so ignorant to this roles. I have video and voicemails mail that document this process. BEWARE of the idiots! If you would like to see the video and v/m, post a review for the complex and I will upload the information."

"SCAM: Please read before visiting the apartment complex. The space: The images are misleading. The ceiling is low and very low sunlight. Making the space extremely claustrophobic. Narrow pathways. Parking is far from the unit. I found out when I got to the unit, so I decided to not take the unit, but they SCAMMED me for the visit. Cause they charged $100, saying they will return the $100 if you don’t like the unit. But they don’t give the blank $100 cashier check back. The Staff/Manager: Please beware of the SCAM. They administer will ask for a blank $100 cashier check along with $25 check made out to the apartment complex. The $100 blank they say will be returned if you not interested in the space when visiting the space for the first time. First they take you to the office and take the checks. Then walk you to the unit. If you don’t like the unit they say will give the $100 back. But in reality they will just keep they check if you dont like the space. That’s what happened to me. FULL SCAM. Message to the community: Please please visit the unit first before handing the blank $100 cashier check. Because by the time you walk from the office to the unit, and come back. And if you don’t like the space The $100 check is gone. They refused to give me back the $100 check. Very uncomfortable feeling. I lost my $100, but I would happy if this information saves someone else’s hard earned money falling for the same scam. Best of luck :)"

"Disgusting management. Elder abuse. Harassment. Threats to kick an 85 year old out onto the street because their grandchild helps her daily with groceries and personal care. No parking. Will tow your families cars. Management plays favoritism with a select group of people and mistreats others. Currently documenting a bait and switch and harassment lawsuit against Ponderosa and the management of this complex. I warn you not to move into this place. This is no place to spend your elder years of your life. The building and neighborhood is nice, in a charming million dollar neighborhood of tract homes. Gardeners are right on time, and the hedges are perfect 90' angles. The "Mean Girls" senior citizen equivalent has a little street gang and the thugs hang out on Ironwood Drive, they are "in" with management and what they say goes and word is bond, I've even caught one driving her SUV after I watched her and two others slamming two bottles of wine right out next to the front office.
