Miranda and Karen have really blessed our family in a really good way , working their hardest to ensure our family moved in peacefully and less stress as possible! Lastly, the location is a great area and I literally don't have to drive no other than going to work even then Bart is just a 15min bike ride!"

"The staff are very friendly and very helpful! The staff experience is like staying at a nice Hotel. The apartment we rented is very clean. When we turn on the Hot water to wash our hands or take a shower we do not have to wait but a couple of seconds for the hot water. the Apartment has air conditioning, although it is a portable air conditioner, it works well for the size of the area it is cooling, and it is economical. The kitchen has a dish washer, garbage disposal , microwave oven, stove, refrigerator & cabinet space. There is a sparkling clean Swimming pool. A gym, mail room and Laundry mat. These are private and secure. They require a key for entrance. Landscapers are often mowing the grass and making outside areas look neat and clean. We have Two cars. There is one private covered parking stall, and an over-flow parking area that can be crowded at times with visitors. We have not had any problem parking our cars so far. Overall, here almost one month in our apartment, My Wife and I will give 5 Stars for our experience here. Parking may or may not change that experience, we will see."

"I was there almost a year. I took the apartment because the rent was cheap and the school was near to it. But when I left the apartment they charged me almost 800 dollars for cleaning. The apartment condition was not that bad when I handed over to them but still they charged me. So don’t go to those apartments thinking that they are of less rent because when you leave they will make sure they will take all they money from you that they gave you in discount."
