Reviews
"Place has roaches and terrible management treats legacy tenants unfairly so that they will move and remodel the unit so they can rent it out at market price forcing the old tenants out."
"Best apartments , manager Sharita is always responsive to your needs quickly & maintenance man aswell. They make sure all the residents are taken care of. Strongly Recommended if you want a great experience."
"Terrible experience here. If you want to live with roaches go ahead. Parking is near impossible without walking 5 minutes. You are behind the freeway so always noisy. I wouldn't say the area is safe either as many homeless will hang out to dumpster dive too. I lived there for a year and exterminators came but it never made a difference for the termites and roaches. It's infested"
"Moved in in August 2021. Upon move-in found that the garbage disposal prevented the water from draining in the kitchen sink, when the dishwasher was ran, water spewed out of the garbage disposal underneath the sink as well as out of the top of the release valve. Because the unit was unfit to move into I could not move in until three days after signing my lease. I received written notice that I would receive credit for the three days that I was unable to live in the apartment. Then, when my first bill came in, I found that I did not receive that promised credit. Also put into further service requests to repair the garbage disposal water leak before taking care of it myself. I then received notice that they were going to try to charge me $100 a month for my parking spot which had been included in the signed lease. Fast forward when I’m moving out a year and a half later. After cleaning thoroughly and patching up all damages to the walls caused by hanging blackout curtains I received a bill for six hours for the painting a gallon of paint, and three hours of cleaning. My returned deposit which had been $500 granted me $14. If you want to live in in an immensely noisy area with management that is the worst I suggest moving in here."
"Not a great neighborhood to live in. Police were always called for the other property. Parking is horrible, you won't find a parking spot for about .5 miles away from your apt. Noisy upstairs neighbors (complained to management) and of course nothing was done. We lived with roaches, termites and mold. Complained many times but only mediocre assistance was provided. Kept having issues with scheduling pest control, couple times I had to miss work for them not to stop by. Property manager is not helpful whatsoever and now that we have moved out, I can not get a hold of her. They are trying to charge us for unknown damages. I have sent email and text and I have not heard back for about 2 weeks. Please don't fall for the fake reviews."
