"Just moved in and its great. The apartment is just what I wanted, I was approved and handed the keys in just a few days and the office has handled all my questions quickly. Ive walked through the complex a few times and have met a bunch of the neighbors. They've all been friendly and the family's and kids all seem happy. This has been an easy moving experience and I can't be happier."

"I moved out in July and received my deposit back the end of October. The manager is extremely irresponsible. The office is often closed during business hours. Good luck calling. I loved the size of the unit but there's mold. Community wise, it is very noisy. There are boys skating, running, yelling, constantly. I would not recommend this apartment complex."

"I have lived here for almost 1 year. This review is truly for Joel, the maintenance guy. Las Ventanas is LUCKY to have him! Not only is he extremely kind and always greets you with a smile, he is very prompt in addressing any maintenance requests including after hours requests. The grounds are beautifully maintained and I attribute that to him as well. Parking here is NOT good. 1 star for that. I've come home 4 times now to other people parked in my spot and when this happens, you're SOL. Very frustrating, but Joel is always just a phone call away! He takes time out of his evenings to come address my parking issues and always solves it. He's just the best. There is also a cat colony problem here which is difficult to witness on a daily basis as an animal lover, but I've heard from other neighbors that Joel does what he can to at least save any kittens. Love this! This should be addressed by management, and not maintenance but what can you do. I've offered to get management in touch with contacts I have at local rescues who have offered help but management never took the step to reach out. Disappointed by that. There are a few neighbors (including myself) who feed them and do TNR as often as possible. I've enjoyed living here overall and Joel has played a huge part in that! Thank you Joel for all you do!"

"We lived at these apartments for 3 years and have recently moved out, our experience with the complex was wonderful. Stephanie the property manager was nothing but nice to us our entire time renting there and the staff were professional and incredibly friendly. Our only gripes were with things beyond their control, parking in the evening is difficult when you have multiple tenants with cars and cell reception in the area is spotty at best. Aside from that, the neighborhood is filled with many active families, the grounds are pleasant and well maintained, and the proximity to the downtown Pleasanton scene should not be taken for granted. We've enjoyed our time their and are sad to leave but having been there we gladly recommend to people looking for a wonderful place to stay. Our only notes to future tenants are that Las Ventanas is close to many schools so at 3 o'clock the road in the area fill quickly and secondly there are many events that happen on main street so be aware they close down some roads, luckily there are many ways to get to the apartment."
