"After apartment hunting for a couple months we landed in Holloway, the rooms are very spacious and the layout of the apartment is exactly what we were looking for. We also had a really nice moving in experience as the leasing team is very helpful throughout. The maintenance is very responsive and respectful, you can select for different timeframe and they are available the very next day."

"The units are beautifully renovated and management really is top notch in shaping the community to be beautiful for everyone. The maintenance team is quick to respond to issues and help fix them as well. The gym is ok in terms of the equipment it has...but the pool is pretty fantastic and all the amenities are well maintained. The biggest issue I have with this apartment is sound proofing, or rather lack thereof. If your unit is on the side close to the freeway you get a lot of sound pollution from the freeway. If it's not, then it's close to the playground and you get screaming kids around 3pm or so. The walls and floors are so thin that in my bedroom at night I can hear my neighbors snoring, and they can probably hear my every footstep even if I'm just walking around. I suspect that insulation is poor in the structures to begin with since the apartment doesn't keep at the same temperature for very long before cooling or heating has to come on for regulation. Overall I'd still really recommend this complex as a nice place to live, especially if you have a high tolerance for noise. The Amazon lockers and plenty of package mailboxes also help keep packages secure and it's a generally nice neighborhood."

"We are living at Holloway since last 2 years. The newly renovated apartments are amazing. This is a very friendly place to live and is excellent for kids. They have play structure and small grassy area for kids. The club house, gym, barbecue area and pool makes it a relaxing place for anyone and everyone. The service request gets addressed quickly. We are very happy with all the good vibes of Holloway!"
