"I have been a resident at Village Green Apartments for two years now (since 2022). When I moved from Ohio, I started looking for apartments with five non-negotiable criteria for me: Location (near work and family), monthly rent ($$), safety, storage, and in-unit laundry. Also hoping for a newer, clean and updated apartments. I know, I had HIGH and almost unrealistic expectations for Silicon Valley. VG were the first apartments I visited on a Friday afternoon. They checked ALL my boxes, and more. But I didn't want commit just yet as I had appointments during the weekend in many different apartment complexes, from Mountain View to San Jose. I saw everything! from beautiful communities with amazing grounds, but lacked on the quality in the interior, or were way too expensive. Some were so bad, I didn't even go in the office. By Sunday night, I was emailing VG office to sign up! They were very friendly and accommodating. It is a beautiful property with amazing gardens, nice neighbors, family friendly, all the amenities including a huge pool, and no pets allowed. Maintenance requests are taken care of almost right away. If you are shopping for an apartment, come check it out."

"Just amazing! Everything is nice people are respectful in this residence ! When we have a issue in our apartment the maintenance are very efficient and quickly! A special thanks to Jamie !!! Indeed she is amazing lady, the first day when we come ( with two baby) from Switzerland she welcomed us on arrival. She helped us complete all the paperwork in order to get the apartment the same day. We never forget that thanks really The only negative point is the price is a bit too expensive"

"I lived in these apartments for a year and a half and we had a great experience. My boyfriend and I lived in a 1-bedroom apartment on the first floor and it was a great apartment with a big space compared to others we toured. The location is great because it is close to everything, grocery stores, restaurants, schools, etc. This is also a very safe area so we already felt safe walking around the neighborhood even at night. The apartment itself was very comfortable and we never encountered any bugs besides a few ants in the summertime which is normal. We did have an upstairs neighbor who was a bit loud at times but it was something we expected by living on the first floor. The amenities were great with a small gym (I used it all the time and it has the basic machines, just wished it had more free weights), and also a lot of laundry rooms all around and a nice sized pool for the summer time. I loved all the greenery in the apartment complex which was taken very well cared of, it was beautiful year round and great to go on walks around the area. Something to know is that there are a lot of families with kids in the complex who do become a little loud at times when they play outside, but by the late afternoon they would all go back to their apartments. Overall, we had a great time living in our apartment and I would recommend it to others as well."

"Village Green was home to my family for the 5 years that we were in the Bay Area. I haven’t come across any other apartment in Cupertino that has the same amount of open space that is secure and inviting for children. The grounds are well kept and the gardener does a commendable job. There is a Safeway and Indian grocery store in the vicinity. The apartment we lived in came with a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The management was polite and quick to address any concerns. We quite enjoyed our stay here and have many pleasant memories of the place."
