"Solid experience living at Main Street Lofts, made possible by the people working here. The leasing office/community management by Sandra and Natalie has been stellar. They're on it, extremely responsive, always willing to help, and are good people. Francisco's maintenance team support is instantaneous. We've had a few hiccups since moving in - toilet seat lifting, ants, dishwasher rust, kitchen sink faucet pulling out of socket...but the overall team has always acted within the day to remedy or proposed solutions with timelines for us to plan around. Stuff happens, we get it, these guys handle it. As long as these guys are here, glad to recommend and spread the good praise of the community. Thank y'all! B&T"

"I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Leasing Officer Sandra. I applied to rent an apartment at Main Loft, and I was treated very poorly by Sandra. Sandra insulted me and said my job offer letter looked fake, even though I provided her with my employer's verification and a government verification letter. She never apologized for her behavior, and she continued to create challenges for my application. Sandra is not professional. She replies to emails very late, and she does not return phone calls. She is also very rude and discriminatory. I would not recommend renting from Main Loft if Sandra is still working there. She is a terrible leasing officer, and she will make your life very difficult."

Caroline, the community manager, is incredibly nice and great to work with. The maintenance staff, Jace and Francisco, are amazing. They're both very friendly and helpful.
