"I lived here for 8 months in 2023 and wanted to leave an honest review. If you're looking for a premium apartment with reasonable prices in the Cupertino/Sunnyvale area, I highly recommend Forge Homestead. The apartment is located on Homestead Rd, which provides easy access to transportation. There's also a large mall nearby, making it very convenient for daily living. The apartment complex is gated, which ensures a safe environment for residents, which is a big thing. The management office is very responsive to any maintenance issues that may arise. They are quick to resolve problems and their staff is friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Mellanie and Lluvia in the office for being so kind and accommodating! The complex has a large, well-maintained quad lawn that is truly beautiful. The swimming pool is also great - it's clean, well-maintained, and a good size. I can confidently say that Forge Homestead is an excellent apartment complex. It offers a great combination of convenience, safety, and value. "My husband and I lived at Forge Homestead apartments for 15 years and we loved everything about it. The compound is clean and very well maintained all the time. It’s safe and the neighbors are great. The team is great, always helpful with smiley faces and answering promptly to any question or concern. They are committed to their job. "Mostly nice things to say about this apartment. Very safe with kids running around. Gym that's usually open and well maintained. Clean pool. Walking distance to Chipotle and Safeway. Never seen a car broken into. It's a gated community so it's safe to walk inside where there is big field. Yard is well kept and the yard workers do a good job. Neighbors are all decent people and keep to themselves. No parties. Even if there is a gathering, they end by 10pm. Now for the bad parts. The insulation from upstairs. The guy upstairs sounds like a 300lb+ guy running around. It's so loud that it scares me. Loud outdated heater. I'm really trying to find things to nitpick about. Really overall a great apartment complex. Probably the reason why I rarely see moving trucks. People like it here :)"

"This place is perfect. We have lived here for a year and a half. The management team is professional and responsive. The maintenance team is very quick and effective. Everyone here is nice and polite. No noise from neighbors. Very safe gated community. Parking is enough for your second car. (The first car has assigned covered parking). One thing I really appreciate is that, before we signed the lease they have upfront told us that they will charge for professional cleaning and carpet cleaning from our security deposit. This saved me a lot of cleaning time before moving out. And the upfront telling part as well as the pre-move-out walk through left no surprise charge for me. I really think this particular practice is much better than a lot of other apartment companies."
