I enjoy living here, I have friendly neighbors and very professional friendly staff members that care about the property as well as the tenants. Gemma is amazing with keeping up with all the details in the up keeping of the property. She is also great at responding to the tenants in a timely manner, as well as Fecret. Fecret is the professional maintenance coordinator. He normally takes care of any maintenance issue that arises within 24 hours. I recommend Hidden Lakes Apartments to any person interested in living here. It's not an apartment, it's a place we create home. Gina"

"I am constantly frustrated with other residents not following community rules and them not being enforced by the apartment complex management. This has already been shared with the apartment complex manager. The adults smoke in designated non-smoking areas and adversely affect the health of other residents. The kids damage my vehicle and play in areas that are designated as not safe for play by management. The kids also speed around on scooters, skateboards, and bicycles and run residents off the walkways. You cannot swim in the pool when the complex kids are there because they take over the entire pool area and play too rough in the pool for anyone else to be able to enjoy it when they are down there. Management does nothing to change these behaviors. The kids' parents are useless and do nothing regarding supervising their own children or correcting any of these behaviors."
