"Do NOT! I repeat do not even think of renting here. Management is deplorable. I have been a renter for over 18 years at apartment complexes and never in my life have I encountered such a HORRIBLE experience with management in the renting process. They need to have more competent leasing agents that really understand the process. Lisa the supervisor was completely unresponsive to my concerns and process and never contacted me to at the very least speak to me about the miss quotation that was incurred by the leasing agent and I had a printed copy of the monthly lease for the unit and it was misquoted and yet, they expected me to pay the additional charge after it was in writing what the monthly lease was, not a verbal quote but, written quote. They should have at the very least honored that monthly rent since it was a written quote, yet they refused. Again, avoid renting at this complex at ALL COSTS!!!!"

"Community looks clean as the leaf blowers and mowers are on duty everyday, no gym or other amenities. Almost no storage space at all apart from coat closet and couple of shelves. Interior is really dated( 70s maybe) and closet doors, stove unit and compartment keeps falling apart( which is highly frustrating) no carpet replacement if the lease is transferred ( we had lease for 5-6 years they didn’t replace the carpet) AC broke several times they fixed it but broke again, technician mentioned he had to replace the swing and he never showed up again. The list can go on. I believe there are lot more apartments in SC that’s better than this one."

"Most unprofessional people are in the leasing office. They take the total deposit that you have to paint the whole unit. I had stayed for 2 years and after leaving the place, they charged 943$ for the painting of the unit/cleaning etc. Will never recommend this place to anyone. If you do not care about the deposit, it's ok. I kept the unit very neat and clean, no scratch / no sign of wear and tear, still they charge this amount. Be aware of these people !!"

"Issue was resolved later--> I usually don't write reviews but taking my effort to write this time. These guys are highly unprofessional I called them for a studio apartment for six months lease, they agreed and asked me to send application fees including security deposit $700. Since I live in another state, they asked me to send a photo of the security deposit check together with the required documents, and I sent all the documents immediately. They assured me that the place is blocked for me and they will send the paperwork to me. But after 5 hours they call me again and say that they are not offering the six months lease anymore, and Since I have not signed the contract they are canceling it. This was done in spite of me asking them at-least four times that I needed only for six months lease. I guess that they got someone with a better deal after they confirmed the deal with me, but this is highly unprofessional wasting my one day and money. I don't know if they are going to return my application fees ($45x2) and security deposit check ($700) which I sent to them. --Update after 2 Days-- The issue was resolved after discussion with Shaun. It was nice talking to him."

"I am writing this review after staying here for 3 years. When you move in they will promise you with getting good deposit back. But that's not true!!!! Beware of them. Really the move out process is very worst. forget your 800$ deposit. Its really insane. They have there own rules and regulations for each tenant. Disadvantages: Worst management.Especially there is a lady she is horrible. Forget your Deposit even if you maintain the apartment well. All old apartments. A lots of mold will grow inside apartments. There are rats in some apartments,even i have heard about bugs and cockroaches in some apartment. if your allergic to mold dont choose this apartment. It smells really bad and you can breathe. Lot of noise from Lawrence expressway. If you walk in the second floor apartment the lower apartments can feel it. Very old apartment. when we leaved there the gold chain of security was snatched by holding Gun at gunpoint that to afternoon around PM. A lot of strangers knock the door during evening. You wont get hot water properly as heaters are shared. No double pane windows. Fire alarms will not work. non heated swimming pool. NO GYM, CLUB House, NO AMENITIES, BUT RENT is high Advantages: near to Indian stores, restaurants, offices. good sunlight in apartment i leaved. Finally i would not recommend this apartment. STAY AWAY.!!! Don't get fooled by other good reviews."
