"We moved in a few weeks ago, and I must say I've been really pleased with the admin staff members, my new place is comfy and the area is family/pet friendly.The first person that I interacted with at the property was Robert and he was amazing! He was very professional, approachable, outgoing and and he made me feel right at home from day one. He helped me with my paperwork, constant follow-up with me on things I needed to get done, and was on top of everything. He made the transition from the Peninsula quite less painful. There are still outstanding maintenance items that needs to be ironed out, but just like any new place, there will be things that needs to be either replace/repair. At first I was hesitant at moving from the Peninsula to the East Bay, but I am glad I made the move with the positive experience that I am having at Valencia Gale Ranch. The neighborhood here isn't as bad as I thought it would be. On top of that, Robert and Corina make sure matters get resolved and dealt with asap. I love that about a property management team, keep up the great work!"

"My son moved in at beginning of the year to his current place. Previously, he was at a different building. He’s been at Valencia since 2017. It’s all been positive. Recently, we had an water issue which took a couple weeks to resolve, but it was tackled immediately. Maintenance came and went without any disturbance. They left the place tidy. After partial wall had to be removed to get at water problem, all the drywall was replaced, patched, painted. Thanks to Corina for a job well done. She Is professional and efficient. She called several times to give updates as to how things were moving along. It’s always a pleasure to speak with her. She is pleasant, friendly and receptive. She even had a crew come and thoroughly clean the bathroom of construction dust after repairs. We really appreciate all her efforts especially because our son is handicapped."

"Do not move to these moldy apartments. After discovering mold in my bedroom, the apartment manager asked me to live in my living room for awhile .she told me it would be safe for me to live and stay in my living room while they are repairing moldy walls .Subsequently, due to the health risks involved, I had to spend distressing ten days in a hotel. Shockingly, the management never reimbursed me for my hotel bills, and also I paid for the entire rent as well."

Corina is super kind and is a very active onsite manager, always walking around, talking to residents to make sure everyone feels safe and feels at home! I've been living at Valencia for four years going on five and it's a breath of fresh air to have a manager that cares about her job and the residence.
