"Not set up for regular people. This is a business/conference oriented place, now beautifully remodeled as modern and impressive to look at. Bring lots of money or your company credit account. The details are that every little thing has a charge to it. Pay extra for parking and walk for blocks to get to your room. There is no map of the facility. Pay extra to use Wi-Fi. No breakfast without a high priced restaurant service, not even an apple offered. There was a coffee dispenser in the lobby but not coffee that I wanted to drink. It’s advertised as pet friendly but there was no facility for dogs. After booking many weeks ahead of our trip, and checking in earlier the day of arrival, we found that not only had our first floor room been already filled, but we were told to pay extra for our dog even though we had already done so. They said pets were only allowed on the first floor. Our receipt showed the payment and FINALLY we got a room on the second floor. We are here for three nights and I asked if they could clean the floor because it’s sticky and dirty. They said they would, we will see if that happens when we get back later today. I hope they can make the place more like the Best Westerns where we usually stay and feel welcome!"

"I was pleased with some of my experience during my 4 day stay, my room was comfortable and clean. There were unfortunately many disappointments. No hot water: The first night I notified them that my shower wasn't working and no hot water, they sent an engineer who fixed the shower installing a part, he also assured me the water would get hot if I let it run, this was due to the water being shut-off that day to fix pipes. The water never got hot. The next day I called again and they sent another engineer who said the same. When I returned that night, still no hot water. I've went 3 nights so far taking barely warm showers. Was told i couldn't get a different room because they were full. False evacuation at 5 am. Understand out of their control. In room dining issue: I ordered pork belly pasta and cheesecake for dinner. An hour later they called and said my food was ready, but they were out of the cheesecake and couldn't offer an alternative because the kitchen was now closed. They said they tried calling my room, but my phone never rang. The pasta was chewy and dry, not good at all. Pool not heated, staff said it was broken and part was on order."
