"If you are used to a nice hotel or high end,, don't expect that. However, the room was clean, was big and at the last minute cost $96 out the door, using Google and finding the best price. They have a bar of soap and tp in the room, but anything else like shampoo, lotion, etc, you'll need to ask ahead of time while you're in the office. No coffee in the room, but in the office next morning along with granola type bars."
"Stayed 2 weeks! I extended day by day so had to register at front desk each day! If you book a long stay at once you don’t have to check in all the time. The rooms and kitchen are big and functional. They provide all utensils on request. Enjoyed our stay. Staff is very courteous! They even handled mail."
"My recent experiences with this hotel chain have been incredibly unfortunate. After an extended period on the road, my daughter booked a room for me. During this stay, my son, who is a severely ill 5-year-old with food poisoning, needed special attention. Room 142 is a memory I won't easily forget. It was located right next to the noisy boiler room. While I considered requesting another room, exhaustion prevailed. The room was reasonably clean, but a strange smell eventually revealed itself – cat feces had found its way into the air conditioner. I had unknowingly been breathing in that unpleasant odor. The bathroom cabinets were worn down, and the room was quite cramped. Throughout our stay, there were six instances of an annoying, fast-paced tapping sound that strongly resembled the irritating LOUD drip of water. Ofcourse it wasn’t water it was weird loud tapping on the ceiling. The sound would slow down before stopping. Additionally, the constant foot traffic up and down the stairs was a source of annoyance. Nevertheless, my son and I made the most of our stay by watching movies on the TV, and it was, after all, an affordable rate for the room. What truly perplexes me is that, when we returned for another night after a few days on the road, I asked my daughter to ensure I wouldn't be placed in Room 142 again. To our surprise, they ran my daughter's ID and discovered that, without any apparent reason, her name was on a hotel blacklist. This means she can't stay at that hotel again. The audacity of this hotel. The only positive aspect of that room was the water pressure, and we can't return to the hotel because of an unexplained issue. When we inquired, the clerk claimed not to know the reason behind it. You should see the hotel review I wrote about Extended Stay America East which is up the street. Dealing with them was exhausting. I might need to give up on this chain of hotels."
"This hotel was beautiful, clean and well kept. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We would stay here again and again and will forever tell everyone about our experience here. The front desk staff was amazing, each and every one of them when out of their way to assist us from start to finish. In particular, the manager I think she was named Sonia? Was WONDERFULLY KIND. Thank you to everyone here who made our trip to California great!!"
"This was the second to worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I've stayed at 100s of hotels. The hotel room was filthy. Used condom under my bed, suspect possible drugs under the bed, def not safe for pets. The bed itself was incredibly uncomfortable, to the point that my husband and I left a day early simply because we couldn't handle it any longer. We wasted basically $110 just to avoid being miserable any longer. The kitchen was very run down and dirty. Even though the room was non smoking it reaked of old cigarette smoke. I'm pregnant and this was concerning to us. I just can't believe how horrible the experience was. I'm so disappointed."
