"Please beware and never rent apartment in this place if you don't want headeache. A customer service is very unprofessional . That lady was not patient with me at all over the phone. She started yelling at me and hang up a phone on me in a middle of our conversation. When I called back she continue to yell at me and refused to give me her name because she knows that I was about to report her on reviews. Please again beware and will never rent an apartment in this place. I am going somewhere else. Life is too short and stress can kill."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS!!!! rent is raised within the first 4 weeks of moving in. Totally not low income. no parking at all. Unless you are paying a extra $150 on top of rent. You have to park a block away in order to find parking. you also can't park anywhere if there's a event's going on. unless you want a parking ticket. There's construction all around the apartments so very minimal parking. you cant park anywhere near the construction area unless you want your car towed, so you have to move you car before construction arrives which is before 5 am. I got my car broken into due to this issue. They also broke into my neighbors cars as well. serious issue with the parking. management doesn't care to do anything about this issue."

"Don't move here!!! they will raise your rent without any notice before signing lease. construction all around, no parking. limited parking. risk in getting your car towed especially during events. not low income at all."

"Terrible planning, really cheap material, how is it low income if you raise the rent within 4 weeks of moving in, charge people for a parking spot 150 dollars more. No parking solutions for those who don’t pay the extra money for a parking spot. How is this low income? Let alone more apartments are are being built instead of a parking lot for everyone in the area. Terrible"
