"I am a current resident and love the view my apartment has. We pay $3800 for a 2B 2B, 3rd floor apartment. They recently told us that the hot tubes would be kept off until Spring due to budget costs. I used the hot tub almost daily, so that is a bummer. They repainted the complex and decided to have the floors painted as well. I came home and got a great pair of sneakers covered in paint. Oops! We have neighbors who like to stay up late and chat on their porch until 2 or 3 am. The bathrooms are really dated and the water pressure is weak. We were told the owners wont do anything about issues if only a few people complain. I hope this kind of management style ends in the near future. This could be a solid place to live and put down roots. I don’t think they are committed to service. I believe they are after $. Makes sense because of how poor the communication is. We will not being staying here for long. On the hunt for a place that has much better service, amenities that are available and quit time during quiet times."
"Lived here for 4 years and overall really enjoyed my time here. David Weaver/ Aliera and their crew are great and responsive. Had appliance issues and the maintenance team managed by Gerardo is always very quick. It's tree lined and neighbors are nice and also quiet. Nice place to walk little kids around. Pool is clean for the summer. Overall it's a bit dated compared to other apartment complexes but they did repaint all the buildings. Overall I was happy with my stay here and the leasing management was great. What I won't miss is the apartment complex neighbors across the street where people are peeling out in their cars and accelerate with the super loud/annoying exhaust where you can hear them go all the way down the street."
"It is suckist place I am ever lived. Management say one thing at oneday change thier mind on the 2nd day. There are several specialist quit the job you can imagine how their boss treated them. The creazy lady will be your neighbor, your car will be break in and management will said it is your fault. package left in the mail box and you still can expect to lost them. you will be neighbor with homeless at hope drive. and enjoy your happy wounderful life in bella vista!!!!"
"Lived here for two years. First year didn’t have any issues. Started having communication issues when renewing my lease for another. I’ve had rental insurance but was charged monthly and when I showed them proof of insurance they only reimbursed me for the latest month. No one is ever in office and when they’re present they lack of customer service. They’re also unresponsive via email- multiple emails sent without any reply! Maintenance is so-so— there has been times when the doggy stations haven’t been emptied or weeks without refilling the bags. Their services have really gone downhill and will not be renewing my lease. They have moved-in promos but stay away. So not worth the headache!"
"I lived here for 2 years. Overall the experience has been decent. I'll share the pros and cons below. Pros: * Beautiful community with lots of greenery. The plants and trees are very well maintained. Lots of flowers can be seen year-round so pleasant for eyes. * Very quiet community. Haven't had any noise issues. * Very safe. Haven't had any issues with deliveries. The parcel pending locker availability was very helpful. * The few times I had to request maintenance the response was quick. * The leasing office is very responsive if there are any issues. * Low security deposit amount (not sure if that has been changed recently) * Proximity to Levi's stadium can be very helpful. Cons: * The parking spot assignment can be better. I was assigned a spot quite far away from my apartment which was a hassle. * Sometimes the heads-up for repair works were not timed properly. * Rent is quite high. And none of the utilities are included in the rent and the combined utility billing system can contribute to high utility bills. I had to pay ~$140/month for utilities for a 1b1b (electricity and internet excluded) which is quite a lot. Electric bill can be over $100 during the winter months. * They only have internet ports available for Xfinity so you're stuck with Xfinity even though there are cheaper services available. * T-mobile network availability is poor in the ground floor apartment. * The amenities in the leasing office (ex. pool table, meeting place etc.) are not available after-hours so not really useful. Overall I had a good experience living here."
