"Had an issue with my water heater. Water was not producing hot water. I notified Anthony who was, like always, very timely, and quick to act shall an issue arise. Maintenance was dispatched. When maintenance came out to my unit; he did a quick inspection (testing water heat etc.). He sent John, the maintenance manager/supervisor-(forgive me if I'm wrong) John was quick to find the problem and was very knowledgeable of the exact issue at hand. John broke down almost every definition, every parts purpose of the water heater and even solved the water leak that I thought was normal when using any water related appliance. John went out of his way to even call me to make sure my water was working properly and made sure to stay on the phone until I said yes or no. Anthony and staff are very reliable and helpful and being that it was almost the end of their workday, they still made the accommodation. Thanks guys! Sincerely T."

"Falcon bridge was great when we first moved in and up until they started construction on the building we're currently staying in. I would've recommended this place had it not been for how they handled the construction work. Its incredibly loud, and if you work from home like I do, it's hard to even think. At times, it's hard to enter or exit the apt (which honestly seems like a safety violation) or the fire alarm gets set off. And we no longer have access to our balcony for the 4-8 (possibly more) weeks construction is taking place. It doesn't seem like a long time, but a week of the same loud, obtrusive noise can make you rethink that very quickly. We get that construction needs to be done or is required sometimes, however, the landlord should at least offset the monthly rate of rent to make up for the difficulty placed on their tenants or for the loss in square footage as the balcony isn't usable. You don't get the sense that they care. Anthony has been great in all the interactions we have had. I can't say the same for the other people I've corresponded with in the office. If you do want to rent here, I would ask if they're planning to do construction in the building your looking at renting in. This is an update** The 'owner' responded to my initial review, saying to call a number in an effort to turn my experience around. It's just to save face. The office gets numerous calls from tenants about the construction and whatever company owns the complex doesn't care, to make it short. They blocked people off from entering or exiting their apartments from 7:30am to 7:30 pm so they could lay concrete down. Which just seems wrong for a number of reasons. I just wouldn't recommend renting here to anyone."
