"I use to live this place for 22 years ,very nice neighborhood, close to everything just walking distance. Small apartments complex and we get to know some our neighbors ,barbecue area gets very busy on super ball time ,when we move in they have a swimming pool but they close down for repair 2 years ago and by the time we move out still closed down,they use to have this great repair maintenance guy who can fix everything anything till he retired . In 22 years living in there we work with 12 managers some live in the property some live outside the property but every time we have a issues they come and fixed it may take few days but they come.We were very lucky not one ever steal our package if left outside of our apartment we can go to vacation for 2 weeks and our package still outside waiting for us..That`s was a plus on this complex :)."

"Good location. Good neighbors. Minus 2 stars for frequent water shutoffs and delayed response to repairs. Ex. Been here for 2 years, emailed them multiple times about lights being off at night in the front gate area. They’re still on during the day and off at night."

"I have to agree with the previous reviews about Israel -- he does an great job with maintenance and repairs. My kitchen sink wasn't working properly, and he was able to quickly repair the faucet. Now it's working perfectly with excellent water pressure. Thanks, Israel!"

"This is specific to the maintenance dude, Israel. The drains were working poorly and the handle/flusher on the toilet needed fixing. He was in and out, quick, efficient, attention to detail, friendly, respectful and capable. Everything you're looking for in a maintenance dude. To be clear, the five stars is specifically for him."

"It's a very nice place to live. Close to everything you need. Hospital's 5 blocks away, Trader Joe's just around the corner. Located between Los Gatos & San Jose & 15 minutes from the airport. There's a pool, a lot of renovation going on with new appliances & paint. Theres a pool & laundry room. 2 stories high & the only bad thing I have to say is there's no A/C & we're on the top floor. It is SOOOOOO HOT this summer it is literally unbearable!! With Covid right now the pool is closed so you can only cool off by your shower."
