Stoneridge Luxury Apartments

"Living here was great. There's a lot of things to do, and many places to walk Unfortunately, the administration is VERY bad responding to maintenance issues through email as well as phone calls. There's been days in which I called more than 4 times and had no answer nor a call back. Besides that, maintenance can take a very long time to respond to issues. I waited a month to get a heater checked by maintenance, and when they did, they said it would be replaced. A year later, I had to go back to the office in person to get any answer. I think it's ridiculous that I need to go to the office just to get any response whatsoever, that in the end, it's full false promise. Anyways, same answer as a year ago, "they're gonna work on it." I still don't have my heater. Even after leaving, I'm still having to call the office to tell them NOT to charge me for a month that it's not in my lease. Every time I went to the office to MAKE SURE this didn't happen, they'd just promise a callback or email. Nothing. This administration is awful. Their emails won't work too. They also had the gall to ask for a positive review the very same day I moved in, I knew it would have to wait."

"Where do we start? Well first off, this place seemed promising, with the smiles and kind words from the staff. However, as soon as I signed, they took my money and ran with it, LITERALLY. You get a storage unit in your parking stall, but I saw maintenance looking through my stuff. As trust worthy as they seemed, I noticed my stuff was moved around and a few things I didn’t care about went missing. Also, they don’t do a good job on their trash. I have a dog, and a lot of times the trash is overflowing and the lord get filthy. I saw my dog grabbing half eaten chicken bones off the sidewalk. Neighbors are friendly, and that’s what makes this place good. However, the staff are rude to take any requests for maintenance. Avoid this place if possible! Unless you enjoy having trash in front of your apartment and untrustworthy staff. HATE IT HERE!"

"lived here for a couple of years, and just driving by now gives me chills. the administration is awful. rude, untrained, passive aggressive, lazy, not helpful. arizadeth, ariana, mayesha (to mention a few): if you don’t like your job ladies, go work elsewhere instead of being unhappy and making the residents unhappy."

"I have been living in this apartment complex for over a year and I can honestly say that it is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, parks and public transportation. The amenities are amazing, from the pool and gym to the laundry and parking. The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. The maintenance is prompt and efficient. The apartments are spacious, modern and well-equipped. I feel safe, comfortable and happy here. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live."
