"Unclear visitor parking. No signage of rules. Just a sign that says it is patrolled and to keep belongings safe. Horrible staff that cannot do anything. I came here to visit a friend for 20-30 minutes and became a victim of their predatory towing. I parking my car in an unmarked area, checked the signs, and it did not even say anything regarding parking passes being necessary. Ended up costing over $315+ and an extreme hassle. This does not benefit the renter and their guests at all. BEWARE OF THE AREA, its not a welcoming place and full of lurking vultures. Leasing office shifted the blame and said we tow cars after only 10 mins!!! The towing happened in a matter of JUST SIX minutes. Straight. Up. Predatory."

"The leasing office is horrible! Especially Shelly! They approve you on their own biases and have horrible communication! I would def look somewhere else! Horrible customer service! They can care less about any reviews because they’re privately/family owned!! Shelly argued with a prospective tenant and would not SHUT UP! Kept over talking me and didn’t listen to anything I had to say! From someone who has worked in the property management/real estate industry that is not acceptable AT ALL!"

"We moved last year. Car thefts, mailbox break-ins, identity theft from the mailbox break-ins. A property manager who would rather gossip than work. Maintenence supervisor more interested in woman than repairs... Move at your families risk..."

"Lived here for many years and had a good experience. The grounds are well kept and the views are amazing. Being adjacent to Garin Park was great and I often would go for a short hike after work. The few times I had maintenance issues, they were quickly resolved by the very professional and prompt staff. I left simply to have a shorter commute to work. Highly recommend!"
