"If you can, don't move here. The property manager absolutely does not care about your concerns or problems. She is unfriendly and never on the property either, so in case of emergencies, don't rely on her to do anything. She will take her sweet time to ever reply to you via email or call/text. The apartments themselves are clean, small, and for the price they charge is definitely not worth it. I understand the demand and cost of living in the Bay Area is high, but for the hefty price they keep asking for and will raise within a year of you moving in, their customer service is horrible. Worst property manager that I have ever had to deal with."
"here is a copy of my review at Yelp: So i have been here for two years and it's time for me to get out. even that i was an excellent renter NEVER EVER have missed or late payment i still didn't get to keep the place simple because the management trying to overcharge the rent for the apartments in the building!!! the other negative reviews are correct and telling the truth .. there is SPIDERS A LOT i used product to kill them weekly but still have to find a spider sharing my bed at least once a week! DRUGS .. just go near any of the apartment doors there is a 50% you can smile them .. some people are even selling them! the storage door was suppose to get replace within few weeks after i get the apartment .. it get WRONGLY Installed after 4 months and i can't lock it and had to put piece of wood under the door for a complete year .. after asking a multiple times it get fixed like a month ago (that's nearly two years since i moved here!) and they didn't paint it YET (they said after the rain stop now i am new in the area but i think it's NOT Seattle) the paint used within the apartment is the cheapest and worse paint you can ever find .. for example if you put a cup on the kitchen cabinets it will leave a mark .. if you put a paper on the kitchen cabinets it will stick on it .. some doors can't be open because it is stick by the paint! they replace the carpet when i rented the apartment .. the negative thing is floor under the carpet is all broken and when ever i step it make sound and you can feel it move under your feet. the heating devices installed in the apartment is VERY OLD .. the negative thing about it is when it's summer and i didn't use it i pay $20 dollar for electricity when it's winter and i used it a LITTLE (since i live alone and outside 12hr/day) it get up to $150!!! the management will try to convince you that they are charging a normal rent .. THAT is NOT correct. check the other building in the same street it's $350-$600 LESS especially for 1/1 apartment! yes Crystal is very nice (at least she is with me) always pretty smile on her face, but that doesn't mean everything else is okay! Finally i don't think the people who gave 5 stars is real i think it's fake profile because i don't know them or meet them and what they wrote is not correct!!! "Lund Garden is under new management as of January 2014, after previously being managed by the same property management company for five years. The following improvements have recently occurred: POOL 1. The pool re-opened in June 1, 2014. 2. The County inspects the pool and approves its continued use. 3. The pool is professionally serviced twice-a-week, as well as serviced daily by staff. PARKING LOT 1. The parking lot received new striping (numbers painted in the stalls) in the Fall of 2013. 2. Parking is assigned and monitored. 3. A vigorous tow policy is employed: cars parked in unauthorized spaces, in a state of disrepair, bearing expired registration tags, or otherwise in violation of Lund's parking rules are promptly towed at the owner's expense. EXTERIOR PAINTING 1. All 9 building exteriors and all 5 carports were painted in the Fall of 2013 2. Bright light fixtures have replaced low light fixtures, in common areas, and new fixtures have been installed in areas in need of illumination. These are just a few of the many upgrades recently made at Lund.
