"Best thing about this place is the breakfast with the price and customer service running a close second. I believe they don't have or know how to use a vacuum, I don't recall the last time I was in a hotel that had so much trash on the floor. The foot towel had a large reddish brown stain in the middle of it. The noise from the freeway is so bad the hotel puts ear plugs in the room."
"Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, free breakfast had a lot of variety and options . There is also a store and a McDonald's very close by . My only criticism is that it's by a freeway and can be pretty noisy but the rooms come with complimentary ear plugs which is cool, also the jacuzzi was kind of grimey looking but then again it is January right now so, they may night keep up with it in winter since it stayed in the low 60s for the high during my trip."
"Rooms and Location are great. Close to the highway but the rooms provide earplugs. Most eateries are within walking distance. The rooms are reliably clean, breakfast is usually satisfying, and the locations are convenient. Friday, Oct 13th when my friends and I checked in around 5pm, we made a point to the hostess, Lani, that we would like to have a room for 2 nights so that we could have the 5,000 points in rewards. Lani was very rude to us during the process and made us feel unwelcomed as if checking us in was a burden. It was very unpleasant and we simply wanted to get to our room. The next morning Saturday, Oct 14th, I get a call asking if I was checking out of the room or staying another night. I was not at the hotel at this time and my items were still in the room. I told the woman on the phone that yes I was staying another night and she said she would be charging me much more than what I was expecting. I was highly upset that I was going to be charged much more than what I anticipated this weekend. When I got back to the hotel, I was not informed that the key card needed to be recharged over the phone. I walked to the front desk and Brandie was very apologetic after hearing about what had happened. She knew exactly who I was describing and let me know that she would be informing her manager, Valerie, about this entire ordeal. Brandie was very helpful and made me feel heard but I am on the fence about returning to the BestWestern hotels only because of the amount of unanticipated fees I had to pay."
"They provided earplugs--to counteract the road noise. Breakfast was good. Room wasn't especially clean, nor was the mattress even close to new, but overall an adequate night's stay. Pool area made a good place to eat supper. Nice staff! Metro Taco was just up the road--Delicious."
"Staff at this property are wonderful and treated us very well! The room is a little dated and could withstand some improvements. The breakfast fare was okay, and the staff was helpful when needing assistance."
