Hampton Inn Oakland/Hayward

"I am a Diamond Member. I was offered nothing when I checked in. I had the don't disturb hanging on my door, people came in anyway and left towels on the desk. Don't know why. Climate controls were not working correctly until I rebooted the thermostat. When I first checked in my room was 63F degrees inside. No bread or toaster in the breakfast area. I travel quite a bit and stay pretty much exclusively at Hampton Inn's.This stay was just not up to snuff with the other locations I stay at. I will be back next week because of the location. Hopefully I'll have a better experience."

"An employee told us there’s new management here and it shows! The front desk clerk was horrible saying my card was declined but it was their system that was down. No resolution offered after I complained. Won’t stay here again!"

This has been a quality experience with every stay: clean, comfortable rooms, very satisfying breakfast, and tremendous staff. This is a welcoming destination. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else for our family visits."
